Hazera Genetics establishes a subsidiary in Greece

The new company will engage in expanding business operations in Greece and Crete

Hazera Genetics, Israel’s largest seeds company, has founded a new subsidiary company in Greece, with the goal of expanding its business operations in Greece and on the island of Crete.

Hazera Generics is active in 60 countries throughout the world, through five subsidiaries (not including the newly-formed Greek company), operating in: Spain, Turkey, China, Brazil and the US. In addition, Hazera Genetics manages a global distribution network.

The new subsidiary, Hazera Hellas, will focus on marketing a range of seeds developed by the company to segments of the Greek market, including the company’s flagship products, such as: a range of tomato varieties, peppers, min-watermelons, onions, melons and more.
